Editorial Standards

Independence

We do not accept payment for coverage. Sponsors, if we ever carry them, never see or shape drafts.

Sourcing

We use primary sources first: company announcements, papers, filings, regulators and release notes. Material claims need a primary source or two independent reputable outlets. Anything we cannot confirm that way is labelled as unconfirmed, or left out.

Fact versus claim

Vendor benchmark results are attributed to the vendor. We prefer independent evaluations and say which one we used.

Numbers

Money figures carry a currency, a date and a source, and are labelled as announced, reported or rumoured.

Balance

We cover every major region and stay neutral on geopolitics. Where a government or company states a position, we label it as that party's statement and check it against independent or regional reporting. We note sanctions and export-control relevance where it affects availability.

Opinion

Opinion appears only in sections labelled "Our take".

Copyright

We paraphrase. We use only short, attributed quotes and never copy images or charts. We link to sources instead.

Not advice

Coverage of funding, markets and companies is analysis, not investment advice. We do not give medical or legal advice.
